Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Shopizor platform. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these terms in full.

2. The Shopizor platform

Shopizor provides an online store platform that allows business owners to create online stores, list products, manage orders, and receive payments from their customers. Shopizor acts as a platform provider only — we are not a party to transactions between store owners and their customers.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• One person or business may not operate multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Shopizor only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or services
• Sell adult content, weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misleading practices towards customers
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Conduct activities that violate applicable law
• Abuse, harass, or threaten Shopizor staff or other users

Shopizor reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscription and billing

• Shopizor offers Free, Growth, Pro, and Apex subscription plans with different features and limits
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via supported payment methods
• You must submit payment proof through the platform for verification
• Plan activation occurs within 24 hours of receipt approval by our team
• If your billing period ends and no renewal proof is submitted, your account enters a 3-day grace period before suspension
• Suspended accounts retain all data — reactivation is possible upon payment verification
• Shopizor reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6. Plan limits and data

Each subscription plan includes specific limits on the number of businesses, categories, and products. If you downgrade to a lower plan, content exceeding the new plan limits will be hidden but not deleted. Upgrading again will restore hidden content automatically. Shopizor does not permanently delete data due to plan changes.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Shopizor including product images, descriptions, and business information. By uploading content, you grant Shopizor a limited licence to display and deliver that content through the platform. Shopizor owns all rights to the platform itself including its design, code, features, and branding.

8. Limitation of liability

Shopizor is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopizor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of customers. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Shopizor may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your online store will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Shopizor after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of Shopizor shall be subject to the relevant jurisdiction for resolution.
